The women's-specific Dual Core waistbelt uses two thin bands of webbing and 3D mesh paneling to distribute the load and keep you comfortable. This harness is really comfortable. I like the adjustable leg loops because I have bigger legs. The only thing I hate is there is no loop to clip my chalk bag, but you win some and lose some. This is a fun, useful harness. I bought it for my job so I don't have to wear the bulky, sweaty, heavy "instructor" harness when I'm belaying on the ropes course all the time. It works well, but sometimes rides up a bit on my thighs if someone really heavy slips (or when I lower them off a cable element). I wish it had a chalk loop in the back, but it's not crucial.
