Black Diamonds classic wall hammer was introduced in ~66 when big wall climbing was in its infancy. Still the Yosemite Hammer brings the toughness and quality to wall climbers everywhere.image

Features of Black Diamond Yosemite Hammer:

  • Investment-cast stainless steel head
  • Clip-in point for copperhead removal
  • Pick is drooped for pin leverage
  • Equipped with replaceable 13 mm (1/2 in) webbing and a shoulder-length runner.
  • Oiled hickory handle to decrease vibration

I've had this hammer for 5 years. It's been used for nailing, heading, cleaning, and hand drilling. Sometimes my hand slides around on the handle a little while wearing gloves. But I don't care.For anyone looking to get over it I highly suggest this marvel of engineering.
