Brooks Range Mountaineering warmest synthetic jacket that uses 120g- Primaloft Gold insulation though out the whole jacket. The shell is made out of lightweight Pertex Quantum fabric for additional weather protection. The Pertex Quantum jacket has a DWR treatment that helps shed off the weather.

Fit was what I would consider regular/normal and had room for layers underneath. Like many products the armpits felt a little high to me but that could just be my frame. I'm spoiled by some pieces with anglewing design and don't always have this issue.

I don't ice climb, or rock climb, I just enjoy being warm in cold weather! This coat is very high quality with 140 grams of Primaloft Gold, and Pertex Quantum fabric, and it's light weight.
