Really nice and warm

Thin, light, and the amount of warmth is not what I expected. I wanted a no-frills piece and it is exactly what I wanted. Truly amazing technology! Also, many reviewers claim that they have problems with the zipper sticking. That is the only negative thing I have read about these. I have had ZERO problems with the zipper.

This is a light and warm mid-layer. It really changed my outlook on cold weather. I don't have to worry about bringing along something hooded and warm if the temps and weather are uncertain. light and fit !

I bought this as my insulation layer for hiking. It is good with only my baselayer(very thin, maybe like patagonia C2) in the three season hiking. An extra powerstretch or mid-weight fleece might be needed in the winter days (temperture around 32F).

Bought the size small in rust color. The rust color is more of a red. I am 5ft 7in 145 lbs and the small fits me perfectly. Actual weight 11oz. Good warmth to weight ratio for synthetic. Great lightweight construction, good fit overall. Would have been a great piece, but the pockets have t his weird extra material on the outside and it completely my opinion of the jacket, ended up reluctantly returning it.
