The Scientist snow saws by Brooks-Range Mountaineering come with a thin kerf on the teeth to leave a smooth finish. Perfect for aspiring and professional snow scientists who need a clean cut so variations in the snowpack aren't obscured by a rough finish.
Features of Brooks-Range Scientist 35 Snow Saw-Left:
Made of Stainless Steel for strength and durability
Imperial and Metric Rulers etched on either side of the saw
Snow crystal identification grids in 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm patterns
With a pair of polyurethane ski straps you can attach the blade to a shovel shaft or ski pole to extend its reach
Available in Right and Left-Handed versions
