The lumbar compression system prevents your hydration from sloshing around. On the front you'll find an essentials pocket, overflow storage and tool attachment points for efficient gear organization. Stretch mesh pockets on the harness to keep nutrition, your smart phone or other essentials within easy reach when you're on the move. For safety, a whistle has been added on the harness and reflectivity on both front and back.
