Originally designed for the famous Trans-Alpine mountain bike route, the Trans Alpine 26 SL Pack from Deuter is the perfect pack for bike commuting, long tours, hiking, or anything else. With durabile fabrics, bottom access storage area for muddy stuff, there are few things this pack won't do. The SL women's specific version features specially shaped shoulder straps and hip belt.

I had to replace my faithful Deuter pack of 5 years after the zipper and other bits wore out. The new Trans Alpine packs are much more breathable with mesh waist bands and better back pieces.
