I have two of yhese jackets. The large fits snug. Arm lengths are perfect. I wear that one for running snd biking. I slso have the XL. The sleeves are almost too long the waist longer snd it fits a little bigger. I wear this one for alpine touring. It will fit a light puffy underneath.
