I have two of yhese jackets. The large fits snug. Arm lengths are perfect. I wear that one for running snd biking. I slso have the XL. The sleeves are almost too long the waist longer snd it fits a little bigger. I wear this one for alpine touring. It will fit a light puffy underneath. I'm 6' 1" 180 lbs and have a long torso and arms. It's slso very water resistant and breathable.
