Sticky rubber and multi-directional lugs make sure to maintain confident footing on varied terrain. RMAT is utilized in the Dynamic Midfoot Transition Zone to insure a smooth and soft transition. A breathable eVent waterproof bootie compliments the technical textile upper to make versatile upper that is at home in both wet and dry conditions.

This is almost a perfect boot. The styling is good (in my opinion), the fit is true to size, and like most all Hoka footwear, the comfort is exceptional. I have not had a chance to check the waterproofing yet. The ONLY bad thing I can say about this boot is the lacing.
