Great approach shoes

La Sportiva makes some of the best approach shoes and these are not exception. They are comfortable and do well on the rock. In terms of size, I wear a street show size of 9 and ordered a 41 so slightly above my normal shoe size.

Comfortable, sticky approach shoe!

I've been looking for a good approach shoe for a year and decided to give the Sportive a try. I've only worn the shoes once, but they are very comfortable (hiked in them without any breaking in). I used them to hike up to a climbing area and it provided good support on the trail and best of all, good stickiness scrambling on the rocks. Not sure about the longevity of the thread...
