This is a great rope for canyoning, but it is thin and will go fast so it is important to be aware of that. I would definitely not recommend it for beginners. I have always loved Sterling ropes and this is a great Sterling product!

I love this top for when it is a bit colder our and I want something with sleeves. The quality is great and it is a very flattering fit. It is very flowy rather than fitted. I found the sizing to be true to size.

La Sportiva TX3 Approach Shoes - Women's
La Sportiva makes some of the best approach shoes and these are not exception. They are comfortable and do well on the rock. In terms of size, I wear a street show size of 9 and ordered a 41 so slightly above my normal shoe size.
