I have been using this product for only 2 weeks and I am already impressed with it. My energ level is high yet my mood remains stable and I have not experienced jittery or headaches. I take 2 pills a day and drink a lot of water because they make me thirsty during a day. It is more effective multivitamins than any other brand I tried. I am happy with my purchase. Thanks

Emergency "food" pills

i have not used these yet & hopefully I never will . I do feel better just knowing I have them . They're supposed to keep you alive & give you energy in the event you are stranded or lost with no food . If they work - GREAT , if not there were no other options anyway . In the event I DO have to use them & im able to update this review that means they worked
