I have been using this product for only 2 weeks and I am already impressed with it. My energ level is high yet my mood remains stable and I have not experienced jittery or headaches. I take 2 pills a day and drink a lot of water because they make me thirsty during a day. It is more effective multivitamins than any other brand I tried. I am happy with my purchase.

Emergency "food" pills

i have not used these yet & hopefully I never will . I do feel better just knowing I have them . They're supposed to keep you alive & give you energy in the event you are stranded or lost with no food . If they work - GREAT , if not there were no other options anyway . In the event I DO have to use them & im able to update this review that means they worked

Notes on taking this supplement for one week (first three days with no food):

1) There is no empty stomach acid build-up.
2) Worked quickly to relieve approaching hunger feeling.
3) Did not feel tired or sleepy; did not feel hyper or jittery in any way.
4) Remained mentally sharp during entire time. No one knew that I had stopped eating. No change in my behavior.

Excellent Nutrition Supplement

LifeCaps provides needed nutrition and energy for our daughter, who has difficulty keeping food down due to medications she must take. The recommended dosage not only gives her energy and stamina but helps to stabilize her digestive system.
