Product Info for Mammut Vader Alpine Belay Device
The Mammut Vader Alpine belay device is great for sport, big wall, or alpine climbing. V-shaped "Labyrinth" friction grooves give your leader a quick catch without having to apply too much force. The large eyelet allows you to belay someone while you are above them on multi-pitch climbs. All of this weighs in at a miniscule two ounces so you won't need the force to haul this belay device around. Works with ropes from 7.5 - 10.5mm
