Great quality and perfect fit but to technically extreme for my uses

I loved this jacket out of the box and the fit was perfect (5'11", 195lbs, 36" waist, 44" shoulders). When I put it on I felt cold under my arms and real warm on my chest. I figured that meant it was doing what it was suppose to do. It was a bit odd though so I went for a mile walk and it didn't change much, pits cool body a bit to warm.
