Great quality and perfect fit but to technically extreme for my uses
I loved this jacket out of the box and the fit was perfect (5'11", 195lbs, 36" waist, 44" shoulders). When I put it on I felt cold under my arms and real warm on my chest. I figured that meant it was doing what it was suppose to do. It was a bit odd though so I went for a mile walk and it didn't change much, pits cool body a bit to warm. I figure there are good reasons to be built like this but I don't know that I can fully appreciate them at my level of activity so I'm sending it back. I got a Monkey man grid fleece at the same time and it has a similar situation but not quite as extreme so I'm going to try that for a snow shoe hike or XC ski and see how it works. That may go back to. Just added that so you can have more info to see if this is for you. I've been pretty happy with a wool base, power dry mid and wind breaker to date, just trying the latest and greatest.
