I needed a long rise for a small waist and this harness fixes that issue because it has an adjustable rise. The harness is super bomber otherwise. It holds tight once set and it doesn't ever loosen. Good harness, awesome color, great price. I like the fact all the loops are rated its helpful on multipitch and in woa moments. The price was much cheaper than Amazon so would buy here again. The auto lock buckle takes some getting used to but so much better than the double back, that one is horrible
