Vest is compact and warm but the size large is too short and wide for comfort. I'm 6'4 and 185. It is fairly comfortable around camp but pairs awkwardly as a midlayer. Elastic at the shoulders is mildly uncomfortable as well. I do not recommend for tall lanky individuals. Sizing seems to be more directed at huskier folks.

Perfect vest for ultra light backpacking. My chest is 40 inches and the medium is a snug fit. I am well satisfied with the vest and Campsavers service and shipping.
precisely what I was looking for. not a fat layer - just enough warmth to keep me comfortable while active on those days when a softshell alone is not enough, but a puffy sweater is too much. light and compact enough there's no excuse not to carry it on fast/light excursions

Been wearing this since I received it. Extremely light. Very warm for the weight. As other reviewers have noted, it's not form fitting so there's a little room at the waist on me. Doesn't bother me, but might bug others. I think this will be an excellent addition to my backpacking gear. Seems great for layering. Love it.
