Seems warm enough, I haven't taken it out on a trip yet but it is HUGE. I bought the long left (I need it for the length) and when stuffed into a compression sack (which it does not come with, it only comes with a stuff sack so I had to buy a compression sack) it is still taking up a huge amount of space in my 76l pack. Used this sleeping bag for a southwest backcountry trip to different parts across the states. It was winter time so temperatures were mostly hovering around 30 degrees, sometimes in the low 20s. Very warm. I know it's a mummy, but it's a little tight. I am only 5'3" so the length is great but a little snug in width. Could have been a bit wider.

This is the best and warmest bag ever! Went river rafting and at night, I was so comfortable. Others in my group had a hard time sleeping cuz they were gold...not me!!!
