I love this vest! I have been wearing my husbands biking hydration pack and wanted something for my shape and for running. I am 5'4" and weight is 115. I first used this pack for a 10 mile trail run with 70 oz of water. It stayed in place and I had no issues. I then ran 2 days later for 20 trail miles and again with 70 oz of water.
