Sole Runner's Review of Nathan VaporShape Running Vest
I love this vest! I have been wearing my husbands biking hydration pack and wanted something for my shape and for running.
I am 5'4" and weight is 115. I first used this pack for a 10 mile trail run with 70 oz of water. It stayed in place and I had no issues. I then ran 2 days later for 20 trail miles and again with 70 oz of water. I also carried baby food in squeeze packs in the side pockets and electrolyte bottle in front chest pocket. The side pockets should not be overloaded or they may dig into your side like it did to me. I will only carry 1 food pouch in each side pocket. I was also carrying my vest (as it warmed up and I no longer needed it) and a jacket was strapped outside of the pack. Great pack for a great price as it came with a hydration sleeve. Really like having front and side pockets to access food.
