Very durable just like the packs with heavy duty nylon I got the medium for my atmos 65L and it fits nice and snug. There is still some side room if you wanted to add some. The only thing I may pay attention to is the strap. Q what size best fits the Osprey Women's Ariel 75 Backpack?

A medium would fit, but a large might be the way to go so that it is easy to put it on the pack and you will have a little extra room if you have something strapped on the pack.
