Very durable just like the packs with heavy duty nylon I got the medium for my atmos 65L and it fits nice and snug. There is still some side room if you wanted to add some. The only thing I may pay attention to is the strap. It’s a single sling strap which seems durable, but probably won’t be the most comfortable carrying around in the airport til you can check in......maybe a thought would be to just make zippers for the backpack straps to come through the bag until you get to check in. Overall, I would by this again simply because I love osprey, the Lifetime warranty, and the customer service. I know this will be the only one I will ever have to by unless I need a different size.
