Bought these gloves for my dad. He gets terrible circulation in the cold so when walking the dog or shoveling snow, even the best gloves can't keep warmth in if there is no blood flow to generate heat.

These gloves are typical OR quality, good materials, good craftsmanship. I bought them for cycling, skiing and work as law enforcement, since I like having a glove that can keep my hands warm for extended periods of time, without losing dexterity. These do the trick. These gloves are built very well and the fit is excellent. The only downside is that the fingers do not get as warm as expected. Overall very nice gloves that are not bulky and will keep your hands relatively warm as long as you stick to the rated ambient temp of greater than 0 degrees.
Have ridden 30 minutes to work at 34F for 6 mornings. Finger tips are much better than with non-heated gloves. They still get a little cold but not unbearably. Without heated gloves, the same ride even at 40F was unbearably painful.
