The Trailbreaker pants fit as advertised, and have all of the features that you should want in for your BC adventures. I like the way they feel and the freedom of movement that they deliver. Pockets in the right places, easy use of vents for skinning. Suspenders to keep them from working their way downward. I liked the first pair so much, I ordered a second. OR makes good stuff... I haven't skied in these, so this review mostly addresses the fit.
I'm 5'9", 145#. I wear 30" waist jeans. I'm a cyclist, so my legs may be a bit bigger than normal, but they are not noticeably large.
The small was quite tight in the thighs & butt. I could wear them but the pockets were useless & there was definitely no extra space. The waist was ok.

I saw this product on a hiker I met while climbing a mountain. They looked great, and I really liked the zippered thigh option to vent moisture away from the body while climbing. Later I 'bit the bullet' and bought a pair. Glad I did...a great addition to my Winter climbing gear ..the built in gaiters are awesome too
