take your size and go 1/2 over if you want it to fit perfect. For long walk or standing this shoes have excellent arch support and you will enjoy using it all the time and they look great casual or sport.

I purchased these shoes mainly as a winter, waterproof shoe that reflects some sort of style. I love the design Patagonia uses and the fact that they incorporated a Gore-Tex membrane for waterproofing.
The only downside I have noticed with these shoes is the breathability. As most know, Gore-Tex isn't very breathable, but in the dead of winter, I'm not sure breathability will ... Read more

The Drifter runs true to size and I would feel comfortable recommending the same size that you would get in other outdoor shoes. They are only the a tiny bit smaller in size than like brands such as Solomon, Montrail and Merrell.
