I live in the Pacific west coast. This coat is great.
I didn't know if it would be warm enough but it is.
It shells off the rain with insulation so i don't need
a second coat or vest. I wear a women's M and
bought the XL for layering. The hood is nice, covers
well, goes below my hips at 5'6".
I use it to walk.
