I live in the Pacific west coast. This coat is great.
I didn't know if it would be warm enough but it is.
It shells off the rain with insulation so i don't need
a second coat or vest. I wear a women's M and
bought the XL for layering. The hood is nice, covers
well, goes below my hips at 5'6".
I use it to walk.

I love the shorts. The fit is so smooth with great stretch. No issues at all.

They sent me shorts with one leg longer than the other and then I had to pay $7.95 for shipping. I feel it should have been waived since it wasn't my issue.
