Designed for ascending double ropes in trees using the "footlock" technique or with two PANTIN foot ascenders, the Petzl Ascentree Double Handle Rope Ascender comes equipped with ergonomic molded handles allow a comfortable yet powerful grip and toothed cam with self-cleaning slot optimizes performance under any conditions (e.g. frozen or dirty ropes). Featuring a catch/cam combination that is totally integrated into the body of the rope clamp to prevent rubbing, the Petzl Ascentree Double-handled Arborist Rope Clamp also features large handles can be used with thick gloves, lower holes for connecting a lanyard and upper holes for clipping a carabiner around the rope.
