This is a great product, makes belaying so much easier. It is very easy to use and also it guarantees a smooth lowering. This is a major thing for me considering that most of the times, the climber is way heavier than I am.

I've only used the GriGri plus a few times, but I love the extra safety it provides. Also the "panic" feature on the plus is great for new climbers. It is easy to use, basically like using an ATC, but safer.
