The XS is for shoe sizes 4.5 to 7 and a calf size of 13" - 14.5", S is for shoe sizes 7.5 -10.5 and a calf size of 13.5" - 15", M is for shoe sizes 8 - 11 and calf sizes of 15.5" - 17" so for your correct size, you will need to check your calf size and decide which size will suit you best.
