how much down is in the jacket in grams

From Arc'Teryx, "The size medium has 53g-m. We do not measure the amount of down put in each size. The amount of down does not vary much between sizes. This is not including the Coreloft insulation in the jacket." Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Any inside pockets

There are not, just the two hand pockets on the exterior.
