What are the dimensions of this footprint?

It is meant to fit the tent exactly. The measurements are approximately 52 x 90 in.

Does this fit the HV UL3 too? I've just ordered the HV UL 3 but didn't see a footprint for it. I assume the HV UL dimensions are different from the standard UL, do not sure if this fits both.

These are the updated 2014 footprints. I'm not sure on the colors. We have received them recently from Big Agnes.

I've read several comments on this Big Agnes Copper Spur UL 1 Footprint not being sized correctly for their Big Agnes Copper Spur UL 1 Tent. Is their truly a current size problem between the model year tent vs the model year footprint currently being sold by CampSaver?

The footprint and tent currently are the same year. They are the 2013 models. I have not heard of any sizing issues. We will get the 2014 tent in stock in the next few weeks. The footprint will stay the same and all of the dimensions have not changed. It should not be an issue.

Which side of the footprint should be toward the ground, and which side toward the tent floor? If I position it so the straps on the corners have the buckle in the same orientation as they do on the tent corners, the footprint seems like the wrong side is toward the ground.
