Packed weight is with all the accessories including stakes, repair kit, etc.

Trial weight is just the tent, fly, and poles.

Minimum weight could be either fast fly weight or trail weight.

Fast fly weight refers to just the footprint, fly, and poles in a ultra-light set-up.
