The Pomer Hoit is both. It is mummy which can also be considered semi-rectangular. The specifications note that it can withstand temperatures from 0-10, and the insulation type is 800+ down. You should be able to fit it into a 6 liter compression sack because it packs down to 8x7 inches.

Take a look at the Mont Bell UL Super Spiral Down Hugger #0 or the Big Agnes Blackburn. The Mont Bell is stretchy, and the Big Agnes is a little more rectangular than the Pomer Hoit.
