How do you take it apart to use the cord?

You'll need to find the end of the Paracord that is burned/melted and unravel it. If your unable to unravel the Paracord, you may have to cut it. Depending on where you cut it, it may affect the overall length of the Paracord.

what is the length in inches of small, medium and large?

When opened, the Paracord Cobra Side Release Survival Bracelet is 8 - 10 inches in length. Small would be 8 inches, medium would be 9 inches, and large would be 10.
