You'll need to find the end of the Paracord that is burned/melted and unravel it. If your unable to unravel the Paracord, you may have to cut it. Depending on where you cut it, it may affect the overall length of the Paracord.

The Paracord Cobra Side Release Survival Bracelet is used by untying the knot connected to the release clip and then the cord will unravel.
