When I click on both the sizing links it shows boot and glove sizing not harness sizing

The sizes for the harness waist are: S 27-30"; M 30-33"; L 33-36"; XL 36-39".
The sizes for the harness legs are: S 18-22"; M 20-24"; L 22-26"; XL 24-28".

how is it for rappelling?

With a thick belt and thick leg straps, this harness would be great for rappelling.

How do you measure for what size you need. Such as I wear a size 34 waist in pants but with a tape measure I am 38 inches around over pants? I also know that size of pants are not standard. Thanks, Clyde

There is a bit more adjustability than the size chart indicates, so you will most likely be good with a large (you want a snug, but comfortable fit with the harness). If this doesn't work for you we can work with you to help you get the right size as long as its in stock.
