The Easy Rider Via Ferrata set is designed to be a self belay system that needs to be tied into via ferrata ladder. You're not going to fall any father than the initial stretch which is 4 to 5 feet, although how far you fall depends on which rung of the ladder you are clipped into.

Then primary purpose of the webbing is an energy absorber. It's about 4 feet long and tears as it disipates the fall energy.

Overall fall length is more dependent on distance you are above the last ferrate anchor point.
