All the specs say 300 lumens. Is this actually 300 lumens now or is it still 200 ?

As of June 2017, the clearance models are 200 lumens(if you look at the item you are selecting in the drop down), the non clearance are all 300 lumens. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Does the clearance has PowerTrap and IPX8?

As of May 2017, the clearance model has Power Tap, IPX8, and 200 lumens.

As of May 2017, the clearance models are the 2016 versions and the $29.96 lamps are the 2017 model.
