On your options for sizing, I see that you have color, number, and "waist size". Is the number the waist size, or the Fjallraven numeric size?

The waist size you see is US sizing and has been converted from the Fjallraven's sizing chart.

It says these r 54in waist. R u sure that’s it’s not euro sizing.

It is about a 38 in US pant size. There is a sizing chart in the description if you wish to look at other sizes. But it is not a euro sizing.

How are these in warm/hot weather? With the vents open are they comfortable to 80 degrees?

They are not fantastic. They can work, but they will not be the most comfortable. A superlight fabric is going to breath/dry a lot faster. If you are looking for durability, it is hard to beat these.
