Yes, this backpack has interchangeable belts and they do offer large 34"-38" and x-tra large 38"-42' belts.

Yes your can get a Large belt with the Aji 50 Pack. We usually have the option to configure your pack, but it isn't set up for these yet. Please call our customer service department to place the order and they will make sure you get it the way you want it. 1-877-883-6276
