Is there any difference between the "deva 60 Women's Pack by Gregory" and what my daughter put on her wish list as "Gregory Deva 60 Technical Pack"...I want to be sure I am getting exactly what she wants.

No, there is only one model of the Deva 60. Your daughter should be happy with that.

What year is this product manufactured? There are considerable differences between the Deva 60 from 2011 and the Deva 60 from 2012. Some of the color options displayed are not available in the newer models.

Does the pack come with rain cover?

For a 60 liter pack, we would recommend a medium.
