What are the dimensions of the Gregory Zulu 40L Daypack in inches (H x W x L)? I’m trying to determine if I can use this as a carry-on bag. Thanks!

The dimensions for the Gregory Zulu are 24" x 12.25" x 11" / 61cm x 31.1cm x 27.9cm.

I am a size 18 torso, according the fit guide I am a size small or medium. Which pack should I choose? For reference I am a 5”11 male and weigh 160lbs

This is purely preference at this point. The small might feel slightly more nimble than the medium. It also might tug more at your shoulders than the medium. You will get more volume with the medium by 2-3 litres Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Is the hip belt exchangeable?

The hip belt is not removable, it is affixed the pack.
