The dimensions for the Gregory Zulu are 24" x 12.25" x 11" / 61cm x 31.1cm x 27.9cm.

This is purely preference at this point. The small might feel slightly more nimble than the medium. It also might tug more at your shoulders than the medium. You will get more volume with the medium by 2-3 litres Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Is the hip belt exchangeable?

The hip belt is not removable, it is affixed the pack.
