I also wear a 10.5 and got the larges so they would work for my larger winter boots. They fit my regular shoes, but I would go with the medium if you are wearing lower volume shoes.

For MICROspikes, a medium is sizes 6-8.5, a large is 8.5 to 11, and an extra large is sizes 11-13.5. Therefore, you should go with a Large.
