The Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction System has 10 spikes on the Extra Small and 12 spikes on the Small to Extra Large.

I wear a 10.5 boot.. Do i order a M or L ? Will the L stay on ? Will the M be to tight?

I also wear a 10.5 and got the larges so they would work for my larger winter boots. They fit my regular shoes, but I would go with the medium if you are wearing lower volume shoes.

You'll find the sizing chart as an additional image below the main photo of the item. For a size 11, you'll want a large if you are referring to a shoe.
