The Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction System has 10 spikes on the Extra Small and 12 spikes on the Small to Extra Large.

This is the most current model of Microspikes. Please refer to the images and see that they have the 2 extra spikes on the heel and 12 spikes on the size medium.
