Torso fit range will be 17.5 - 21 in / 44-53 cm

It does not, but Kelty does make a raincover that you can purchase separately.

Currently we do only have the one color. When we get more of these packs in stock they will appear in the dropdown box labeled "choose an option", and if there are other colors available at that time you will be able to view it there.
