what is the inside width in inches?

Does this tent have the dry set up option? just using the footprint and fly.

It does not, in order to set up the tent you must use the body of the tent.

One of the reviews said the tent weighs about 6 1/2 lbs, but the specs state under 5 lbs. Was that reviewer mistaken?
